Good Accommodation with free Wifi at great value including breakfast especially at weekends. Excellent location with bus & train station nearby. The only small problem is poor shower flow & basin taps need fixing.

Value For Money
For less than £40 per night you're not going to get the Ritz. My room had a nice en suite. I enjoyed two meals here with no complaints. The staff were all brilliant. It's a great location. There could be a few improvements but for what I paid I would say it's excellent value for money and I will go back next year (ideally situated for the Bacchus Half Marathon.)

Wonderful Place To Stay
Very friendly staff, great pub with pool tables, darts, beer garden, lounge area and Sky/BT sports screens.

Very good prices on rooms, and easy access 24 hours a day.

I would recommend this Hotel to anyone staying in Dorking, being really close to both Dorking and Deepdene Stations. Both within minutes walk away.

I will definitely be staying there again if I happen to go to Dorking again. Fabulous place. Thank you.

Better Than Expected
After seeing tripadvisor reviews was kind of regretting booking but much better than I thought. Comfy bed, clean room, basic but what do you expect?! Appreciated my stay very much.

Always Friendl, Lively And Comfortable
Stayed here several times before with my husband and our teenage children. It's always very friendly, the place is lively and full of character, the breakfasts are great and the price is excellent value for Dorking. We'll come again.

Stay At The Lincoln Arms
The room was very tidy and clean, there was plenty of tea and coffee, and replemishing it was no trouble for staff, the room was well heated. The staff very helpful, we had an incident but this was dealt with very quickly by the staff. The only grumble was that the pillows on the bed needed to be replaced with new as they were a little worn and flat.

Great Atmosphere And Welcome, A Real Old Inn
Just another overnight stop for us, but we knew the Lincoln Arms would be friendly, comfortable and great value. Personally, I love the characterful old building which I remember as the old Star & Garter (we had the wonderful corner room with three big windows overlooking my old school and the Surrey hills) and my husband and two teenage boys really loved the super cooked breakfasts and lively bar! Great. Be back soon.

Weekend Stop-over
We just stayed one night, as a group of three in a triple room. It was very warm and welcoming, the staff were very friendly and obliging and the room was very clean. We ate at the bar in the evening and both the evening meal and the cooked breakfast were excellent and very good value for money. It was a bit noisy, but then it was a Saturday night and it was good to say somewhere where there was a bit of good-humoured life going on.

Hotel Reveiw
This was a very friendly hotel the staff were very helpful and accommodating. The Breakfast was plentiful and nice and the room was very clean and aired. The only issues I had with the room was that in the early hours a very noisy motor started up outside of our window. and I could not get the shower to work, either I failed to find the switch to turn on the shower or the water pressure was low as the water didn't come out very fast

Lincoln Arms Hotel
I find this pub , b& b ,very useful in my work.Every time I have stayed the rooms are always very clean and comfortable, although quite noisy with traffic noise ,until about 10pm. The food is reasonably priced, the staff friendly and I would recommend this place to anyone.

Friendly And Convenient
Very convenient for train station and plenty of local attractions within walking distance for a weekend away. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Homely and comfortable. Only negatives I can think of is that there wasn't a mirror in our room and could have done with a couple of new bulbs. Very reasonably priced. Would stay again.

The park has provided pleasure since 1449 and still affords delight to those fortunate to be able to walk its fairways and enjoy its downland and Wealden views, even when the standard of their golf may not match the setting. This quote from A History of the Club 1911- 1991 by Michael Hogan, sums up Betchworth Park Golf Club.
